Subprocessors

Fluy uses the following subprocessors to deliver the service. All customer data is stored in the UK/EU.

Infrastructure

• Supabase — database, authentication, realtime and file storage. Region: London (eu-west-2) or Ireland (eu-west-1).
• Vercel — application hosting. Functions run in London (lhr1) or Dublin (dub1).

Messaging

• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API) — message delivery. Each clinic contracts with Meta directly for WhatsApp.

AI processing

• Large language model provider — generates assistant replies. Production default: Claude via Amazon Bedrock in an EU region, or Anthropic API (see current configuration below).
• Speech-to-text provider — transcribes patient voice notes; audio is deleted immediately after transcription. EU endpoint.
• Embeddings provider — indexes each clinic's knowledge base (no patient data). EU endpoint.

Payments

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd — subscription billing (clinic business data only).
